This book is for people who have great ideas, but can lose themselves in the details. Ron found a compelling way of writing about strategy and bringing in fresh insights.
The ecosystem in which a product launches is important. Like a large stone hitting the surface of a pond, its ripples will continue to be felt. As someone who has lots of ideas and can’t the wide lens ron adner between them, I think this is going to be a massive help for me to: As the book progresses blueprinting your ecosystem, managing it, etc.
